How do we reconcile the fearful destruction of God’s enemies in the Old Testament, with the testimony of Romans 5:8–that the eternal heart of the Father is revealed in giving up His own Son for His enemies’ sake? We thank God that all things come into harmony when illuminated by the Light of the world, the life of His Son!
