It is commonly taught that final atonement was “made” at the cross. However, the death of Christ only began the work of reconciling us to God. This is demonstrated in the sanctuary service, and we must continue to follow Jesus through the holy place and into the most holy place where He cleanses our soul temple as our great High Priest!
